Commercial licenses for patterns

A non-exclusive standard license allows you to use the pattern for digital and physical items that are not for resale.
Non-exclusive means that these designs are not uniq to your brand or product and it will still be available for other costumers to purchase.
This pattern is royalty-free and it can be used worldwide and in a perpetual basis.
The patterns cannot be duplicated, modify, sub-licensed or resold to third parties. All designs remain the Copyright of Josephine Blay. Non other than Josephine Blay can claim to be authors of the pattern design.
The file included is a JPEG 4000 x 4000 px / 30 x 30 cm / 300 dpi in repeat.
If the pattern has not been purchased yet by any business or person it can become exclusive by getting an Exclusive license (see Industry exclusive and Totally exclusive). After the pattern has been purchased as Exclusive we will remove it from the Non-exclusive gallery.
It is also possible to customize a non-exclusive pattern (see Customized pattern design).

Totally exclusive means that the pattern will be used ONLY by the purchaser in a perpetual basis, in any kind of industry or item (physical and digital) included fabric by the meter.
This pattern is royalty-free and it can be used worldwide and in a perpetual basis.
The patterns cannot be duplicated, modify, sub-licensed or resold to third parties. All designs remain the Copyright of Josephine Blay. Non other than Josephine Blay can claim to be authors of the pattern design.
The file included is Ai or PDF. 4000 x 4000 px / 30 x 30 cm / 300 dpi (if you need another file type, please contact us).
If the pattern is needed for more than one industry segment please contact us to ask for the options we offer.
After the pattern has been purchased as Totally exclusive it will be removed from the Exclusive gallery and it won’t be available to purchase as license any longer by any other business or person. The rights will remain to the artists/designers only with the purpose of being showed ad part of the personal/brand portfolio.
